Personal Resume:

I bring a wealth of experience to my profession. I have extensive personal experience in the purchase and sale of residential real estate as well as extensive Professional Real Estate Sales and Investment experience. My personal experience with both resale and new construction, and my knowledge of the  Space Coast of Florida area, ideally position me to assist you with all of your real estate needs. This experience, combined with my 35+ years of Sales, Sales Management, Marketing Management and Executive Sales VP experience, make me a valuable resource in all types of real estate transactions. 

My wife Lynn and I have moved nine (10) times and lived in five (6) states during our 34+ year marriage, US Navy and business career. We relocated to Tortoise Island, Lanternback Island Drive, Satellite Beach, Florida in recent years.  This decision was made after some 20+ years of visiting the Space Coast for vacations and visits to friends/relatives in the area. 

My Military background was with NROTC (1968-1970) during school and as a Line Officer on a Destroyer, DD843 - nuclear weaponed, as Deck Officer, CICS Officer, Anti-Air and Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer, Top Secret Control Officer and many other duties during the years from 1970-1972. I was stationed in Newport RI, with stints in Guantanamo, Boston and the Mediterrean. My departing rank was LT.

I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, The Lally School of Management and Technology, in Troy, NY. We are blessed with two wonderful adult sons, Christopher and Jeffrey, and two grandchildren, Nathan and Julia. Christopher lives in State College, Pa working on his PhD (Go Nittany Lions), and Jeffrey makes his home in Seattle, Washington.
